The town of Aynor was once the end of a railroad line from Conway which made it a hub of activity for the surrounding communities. After much growth Aynor was incorporated in 1913 and today has a population of just under 700 people. Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Myrtle Beach, Aynor provides residents with close proximity to all of the activities and excitement of the Grand Strand.
