Allston Plantation - Homes for Sale

Approximately 3 miles from the breath taking beaches in Pawleys Island, is a popular community of single family homes known as Allston Plantation. Allston Plantation homes are conveniently located just off of Highway 17 in Pawleys Island, on the outskirts of this extremely popular town. It is close to great local restaurants, quaint boutiques, golf courses, and so much more. Allston Plantation offers great amenities through the community pool and clubhouse area, as well as the playground, barbeque area, gazebo, tennis courts, and fitness gym with his and her locker rooms. The community is also located in the Waccamaw Schools district, and is just a short drive from Murrells Inlet and the Myrtle Beach area.

There are some really great 3 and 4 bedroom homes in the community in numerous floor plans, ranging from under 1000 to more than 3000 heated square feet. The community was first developed around 2004 and features homes with great upgrades, some of which include wood and tile flooring, vaulted and tray ceilings, stone countertops, recessed lighting, separate tub and shower in the master bathroom, bonus rooms, Carolina rooms, private lots, and more. This community is definitely worth seeing in person, and with recently sold properties going for prices in the 200’s, this community is more affordable than in previous years.
