Glenmoor is a new single family home community located off Highway 90 in Conway, SC. The first homes within the community of Glenmoor were built by Lennar Homes of South Carolina. This "Everything is Included" builder offered the homes all available upgrades built into the price. The latest homes within the community are being built by Citizen's Homes, a local builder with other communities like Summerlyn and Brighton Lakes. The homes of Glenmoor offer more square footage for the money than other Citizen's Homes neighborhoods closer to Myrtle Beach.
