Harmons Crossing Homes

Harmons Crossing is a new custom built home community located near the town of Conway. This community is being constructed by Beverly Homes. Home prices in Harmons Crossing range from the mid $100,000’s all the way up to the low $300,000’s. The size of the homes range from 1,700 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. Lots in Harmons Crossing are around ½ acre each and there are only a few lots left. This community offers natural gas and the HOA fees are around $133 per month.

Harmons Crossing is only a short drive to Conway where you can enjoy the Riverwalk, great restaurants and shopping in the town’s quaint shops. If you are looking for a greater range of activities, you can head to Myrtle Beach which is only a short 30 minute drive. Myrtle Beach boasts world class shopping, restaurants, golf, water sports and all the nightlife that living at the coast has to offer.
