Sedgefield is a small community of single family homes off Highway 701 South in Conway. The neighborhood is in front of Pecan Grove and directly fronting the highway that runs from Conway to Georgetown. The homes of Sedgefield started construction right after the real estate boom of the mid 2000s, and they are just recently completing homes on some of the last home sites that the neighborhood has to offer. At very attractive prices, builders like Beverly Homes has started to build out the last lots available in both Sedgefield and the Pecan Grove communities. The floor plans of most of the homes are single story or single story with a bonus room, many of the homes offer a standard two car garage, and the home sites are decent size for the Conway area. Location is the biggest amenity of owning a home in Sedgefield.
Sedgefield is located just a few miles from all the boutiques, dining and entertainment that the Conway area has to offer. In addition you gain easy access to Highway 701 South toward Conway, and easy commute to Charleston, South Carolina. The home owner's fee of Sedgefield is currently $86/month, and that fee also includes basic cable television for the residents. Other nearby communities are New Castle, Aquila Estates and Hemphill Place. For more information on any of these Conway communities call Beach Realty Group at 843-267-4627.
