Arbor House is a small community of single family beach homes located just a few blocks from the ocean in the Arcadia section of Myrtle Beach. These homes range in size from just over 1000 to nearly 1600 heated square feet in size, and most of the homes offer ample parking under the home and in the paved driveways in front of the homes. Although these homes appear detached in nature, they are sold as part of a "Horizontal Property Regime". This means that all the land within the community is common area, and basically the homes are sold as condos. There are many advantages and disadvantages to owning a home in Arbor House as a result of the "Horizontal Property Regime". We will not get into the positives and negatives on this Myrtle Beach real estate website. You can contact your Beach Realty Group real estate professionals with any questions that you have about Arbor House.
