Bent Oak Estates is a medium sized neighborhood of single family homes located West of Highway 17 Business and between 13th and 17th Avenues South in Myrtle Beach. This community is made of older patio style homes with small home sites. Most of the homes were wood frame construction, however over the years many homeowners converted the exteriors to vinyl. There are few newer homes that have been built recently in Bent Oak estates, which have hardy plank composite siding.
The convenience of this neighborhood to everything of Myrtle Beach is one advantage for buying a home here.
There is no home owner fees within Bent Oak Estates. We get buyers everyday that refuse to purchase their home in a community with HOA fees and certain restrictions.
