Harbour Town is a small single family home development just North of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base off of Highway 17 Bypass. This community stretches from the Bypass all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway. The homes within this neighborhood are older than many of the close by neighborhoods with the exception of Stonebridge which lies just west of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Price range is all over the board in Harbour Town simply because the Intracoastal Waterway plays into the picture and brings a premium price for the real estate.
Homes within Harbour also range greatly in size. Some of the homes are small ranch style floor plans with little or no garages. Yet some of the homes in Harbour Town are over 4000 heated square feet. The location of this community is much desired and convenient for traveling anywhere in Myrtle Beach. Within 3 miles is the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Coastal Grand Mall and Market Common. Some neighborhoods close by would be Oak Forest and Stonebridge.
