Palmetto Glen is a nice community of single family homes built within the past 10 years near the back entrance to the Market Common District in Myrtle Beach. Palmetto Glen has a nice community pool and extremely affordable home owners’ association fees. The only real estate further down Palmetto Point Blvd is the new DR Horton neighborhood of Woodbury which is at the very end of Palmetto Point Boulevard. The homes of Palmetto Glen are either single family ranches or two story traditional style homes and range in size from just over 1100 to over 2500 square feet of living space. Most of the homes within the community have two car garages and many offer six foot vinyl privacy fences which is definitely an upgrade.
The convenience of owning a home in Palmetto Glen is that the location of the Palmetto Point section of Myrtle Beach is one of the most attractive destinations in the area. Many people that shop for a home in the Myrtle Beach area always ask us to look at real estate in either Carolina Forest or the Palmetto Point section of Myrtle Beach. Some close by residential neighborhoods are Hideaway at Palmetto Point and Woodbury.
