Turtle Cove is a moderate sized development located off of Forestbrook Road west of the Intracoastal Waterway in the Myrtle Beach area. This new construction development has been listed by a number of Realtors in recent years as a result of homes in the neighborhood being overpriced against the competition. Recently, Beazer homes acquired the developments and they are offering many of their most popular floor plans. Other communities near the property are Hunters Ridge which is a very large community of single family homes located near Forestbrook Elementary and Forestbrook Middle Schools, and Foxhorn which is another single family home community built by Beazer
The homes within Turtle Cove are mostly 3 bedroom 2 bath room ranch style homes with 2 car garages. Beazer is now building a few 4 bedroom floor plans within the neighborhood. Several of the homes have magnificent lake views and great curb appeal. They range in size from 1300 to over 2500 square feet in size. The community does have a pool for the convenience of its home owners and guests.
