I would stay away from those unless they were in my back yard. Then they got to go. I have these plans in the last step of the ARC. The Chair runs the ARC and is stepping down in February. My buddy Jamie Hollingsworth and I just built a raised slab on Isle of Palms and it sold for way more than the elevated homes we do and they were the same square footage. I think people may prefer non elevated homes and this is one of the last lots where you can do this on Seabrook. This would not be a good short term rental. Its near the gate and farther away from the beach than I think renters would like. I own the lot next door and you could combine them to give you more green space.
